FloodStopper Water Sensors
The Floodstopper water leak sensors are designed exclusively to work with FloodStopper water leak detection systems. They are typically placed at each point in the home that is at risk for a water leak. Common points of installation would be under toilet tanks, refrigerator icemakers, hot water heaters, washing machines, dishwashers, and sinks. There are two types of sensors. They both perform exactly the same function. They differ only in the location of the wire terminals and their color. The white sensors have rear wire terminals while the gray sensors have top sensors. The white sensors are most frequently used in locations which might be visible after installation, such as under toilet tanks, etc. The gray units are typically used in commerical applications or where the point of installation will not be visible (eg. under dishwasher).
